FIRST at Blue Ridge is a premier therapeutic community in North Carolina, We put Recovery FIRST by providing a supportive, peer-led therapeutic community dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use disorders. At FIRST at Blue Ridge, our approach focuses on healing, accountability, and personal growth to empower individuals to rebuild their lives. Guided by proven recovery principles, we create a nurturing environment where sustainable, life-long recovery is not only possible but achievable.

Our Mission

FIRST’s mission is to provide opportunity, guidance, and education to those with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and assist them in making positive life changes, in order to become responsible and productive members of society.
